Spring Fun...

At The beach...I was worried about the sand consumption...but it wasn’t bad.

Gram C and Grandpa Cormier came to visit to celebrate Finnly's first birthday!

Finn “bug” turns one! We had a little party in our back yard with tons of buggy finger food and cupcakes. We had lots of friends and family over to celebrate, Grandpa and Grandma Cormier flew all the way from CT to bring birthday love to Finn and Brie and Mark drove up from Southern California to help celebrate. Although both visits were way too short, it was so special for them to make the journey and be here on Finn’s birthday... :-)

At the party Finn had fun playing in his new sand box from Bachon and Gechon and watching all the older kids play with hula hoops and balloons!

Erik worked really hard to get the yard ready for the party... planting, weeding and more planting! The Sun Gods cooperated, and we were blessed with a spectacular, sunny, warm day to showcase his pride and joy... the yard and Finn of course! :-) Thanks to all that came! I can’t believe my little bug is already ONE! Time is going by too fast...

Finn learning to walk...

Finn started to stand up and think about walking around 11 months... and by 11.5 months, he did what Erik and I call the "drunken sailer" walk...

and then really walking! n

Quinn's 30th birthday in Napa...

A group of close friends and little ones braved the cold and took a very chilly bike ride around Yountville and along the Silverado trail to taste some yummy wine for my 30th birthday celebration... Finn, Olivia and Ryder were troopers...Afterwards we went to Katie and Cory’s house and enjoyed good food, STRONG margaritas and tons of laughs...many thanks to Joey for the majority of the pee in your pants type of laughs!

Erik's 30th Birthday Party in Tahoe

For Erik's 30th birthday, we headed up to Lake Tahoe for a ski weekend! We rented a condo at the base of Squaw Valley and lucked out by landing a a perfect ski weekend with fresh powder and all! Katie, Cory, Kendra, Joey, Fletcher and my mom aka, the babysitter came up for the weekend... and Geoff and Chip, who live in Tahoe, came out for the celebration. Katie and Kendra watched Finn during the day... and my mom at night. We were spoiled and got to ski all day and enjoy the “apres ski” activities at night in Cheers of Erik officially getting old ...Thanks Everyone for the “Finn Help!”
