7am.. ready to catch some fish?

We joined the Wagner and Kelly family up in Pinecrest Lake to celebrate Cory turning 29! We packed the car up on Friday morning and said goodbye to the Santa Cruz Fog and headed up to the Sierra Mountains for a sun soaked weekend!

Jacky and Matt Kelly have a little girl "June" who in only 2 months younger then Finn... so we thought there would be some fun play action. However, we soon realized that Finn has been playing with boys too much, and is a little to "aggressive..." Something to work on :-) So June kept her distance from Finn, but he was happy playing with the other girls, LuLu and Emma, Katie and Cory's Dogs.

Little Dean was chill as usual and did a lot of sleeping in his vibrating chair. Finn recognized it and relaxed in it as well.

We had fun playing in the crisp sierra water of Pinecrest Lake. It was a little cold for Finn, but we enjoyed the refreshing water! Erik and Cory swam across the lake while we watched and wondered if they were going to make it back :-) They did. The boys didn't have much luck fishing, even though they were told the lake was just stocked with thousands of fish...

maybe the fish were scared of that vest Erik has on :-)
